Description

A successful career in practice management is built on a strong foundation of knowledge in core areas. If you're new to the profession, are training staff who are new, or simply want to brush up on the basics, then this is the professional development tool you've been looking for.

Practice Management 101 (PM101) is an 8-part online course designed to educate healthcare practice staff on the foundational aspects of practice management. These are topics that you really need to know when starting out.

During each session, orthopaedic practice professionals (many of whom are members of AAOE) will walk you through each topic so you have a clear understanding. They'll show you essential processes and will guide you through practical application of the knowledge. You'll walk away from each session with a firm grasp of the topic and how to implement these skills and techniques back in your office.
