Jennifer Ale-Ebrahim is passionate about working in an ever-changing environment of healthcare administration. Her career began in the clinical aspect of patient care and then over time moved into the business and operations of the orthopaedic medical practices. She enjoys the constant change and challenges our profession brings on a daily basis as handling the complexity of process improvement involves both technology and people. She knows that there is no single approach that will work for each challenge we face, but working towards the best solutions takes careful strategy, planning, and implementing to remain relevant in the market in providing the highest quality of orthopaedic care, while stabilizing cost.
Ale-Ebrahim's educational background includes a Master’s of Health Administration from USC-University of Southern California, Los Angeles, in 2015. In addition, she has a BS in Business Administration & a BS in Strategic Leadership from Southwestern College, Winfield, KS.
