Foor has served as an operations leader developing and implementing specialized treatment programming and as a speaker and consultant on issues related to effective facility and community corrections programming strategy, her efforts resulted in multi-state legislation of measures that resulted in an increase in community safety.

Foor enjoys travel, spending time with family, and donating her time to a variety of organizations for the betterment of the planet.
