A simple search on AAOE Collaborate for "policies" yields more than 1,000 results. This is one of the most frequently posted topics, and for good reason. Thorough, carefully-crafted policies and procedures help keep your practice running smoothly. They set clear expectations for employees, and better ensure managers are enforcing policies consistently. But creating a handbook isn't a one-size-fits-all approach, and oftentimes, the deeper you get into it, the more questions you have.

Hear the true stories of AAOE members who understand all too well the pearls and pitfalls of creating an employee handbook. They will share advice and best practices based on their real-life experiences. Learn what has worked for them and what hasn't, and gain important takeaways to implement as you create or revise your own policies.

Be a part of this new hybrid learning format, where you will be immersed in both video learning and real-time discussion with the presenters and other session participants. Get ready for a fast-paced and truly collaborative experience you'll never forget!
