A seasoned orthopaedic executive who has worked in healthcare for more than 25 years, Foor brings a zeal for leadership, volunteering, and professional development. Foor has served on the AAOE Education Council, the Membership Committee, the Legacy Committee, and now as an AAOE board member. She has written content for the eNewsletter and presented at the 2016 annual conference.
Foor is a graduate of California State University, Fullerton and holds a Master’s degree and is doctoral prepared in Clinical Psychology from Forest Institute of Professional Psychology in Illinois. As a clinician, Foor and her team won the prestigious Cigna Presidents Award for their contribution to the national preferred provider initiative. Foor has served as an operations leader developing and implementing specialized treatment programming and as a speaker and consultant on issues related to effective facility and community corrections programming strategy, her efforts resulted in multi-state legislation of measures that resulted in an increase in community safety.
Foor enjoys travel, spending time with family, and donating her time to a variety of organizations for the betterment of the planet.

Tara Holicky, MBA is the Administrator of Greater Chesapeake Hand to Shoulder and the Lutherville SurgiCenter in Baltimore, MD. The group is comprised of 9 board certified physicians in orthopedics and plastic surgery, all also certified in Hand Surgery. The group does only upper extremity orthopedics(Shoulder to Fingertips), as well as operate its own ASC. In addition the work closely with the Curtis National Hand Center, and provides fellowship training to new hand surgeons. Tara has been in Practice Administration for 19 years.

Jim Kidd has 25+ years of healthcare management experience. He spent 12 years in surgical administration at universities, and now more than 15 years with Advanced Bone & Joint. Tricia Schildhouse has over 20 years of healthcare experience. She has held various leadership positions throughout her career, currently as the Practice Administrator for Shoreline Orthopaedics in Holland, Michigan. In this role, she has responsibility for the health and welfare of the employees by developing a benefit program that is both beneficial to the employee and economical for the practice.
Tricia, a Board Certified Medical Practice Executive through the Medical Group Management Association holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and a Master of Business Administration. Tricia has active memberships both nationally and locally with the Medical Group Management Association (MGMA), the Healthcare Finance Management Association (HFMA), and the Society of Human Resource Management (SHRM).

Ms. Spencer is the Chief Executive Officer for Missoula Bone & Joint and the Missoula Bone & Joint Surgery Center in Missoula, Montana. Sami has over 20 years of orthopedic management experience and has had experience in other specialties as well as a healthcare consultant.
Ms. Spencer received her undergraduate degree in Business Management from Malone College in Canton, Ohio. She is a Certified Medical Practice Executive through the American College of Medical Practice Executives (ACMPE) and a Certified Medical Manager (CMM) through the Professional Association of Health Care Office Management (PAHCOM). Sami is an active member of the Medical Group Management Association (MGMA). She is also the ACMPE Forum Rep and Board Member for Montana MGMA. Sami has been a member of the American Association of Orthopaedic Executives (AAOE) since February 2000 and has served as a Board Member, the Annual Conference and Education Committees and currently is a Mentor through the ALPS program.
Ms. Spencer has two adult “boys” as well as two grandchildren which she finds great enjoyment. She enjoys spending time walking, biking, camping, and reading.
