In this session, the presenter will build off of the discussion from May 2019, focused on Employee Engagement as Strategy and practical tactics to implement in your practice to improve employee engagement. He will discuss the importance of being engaged and aligned for not just your staff, but also for leaders and physicians, and the impact it has on your practice. Hear success stories regarding changing culture as well as some lessons learned to help leaders be cognizant of this approach in their own leadership roles. The presentation will also include the perspective of a physician.

  2. Recognize the importance of alignment of physicians and alignment of leaders and staff.
